Helloo, today I have another smoothie recipe for you guys.
It’s for the days when the sun peeks out of the clouds.
It’s for when you come home from a long day.
It’s for when you craze something smooth,fresh and sweet.
Presenting the Goji Sunrise Smoothie!
Recipe:Goji Sunrise Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 fresh orange
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 4 fresh strawberries
- little under 1 TBSP of goji berries,soaked*
- splash of 100% orange juice or honey for more sweetness
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve.
I soaked the goji berries in water for 5 minutes to soften them up so it was easier to blend. Also, please beware of for some people eating raw goji berries may cause bloating. If that’s the case either omit them and replace with more orange,dates or you can try soaking them or slightly cooking in boiling water to see if that eases the symptons.

Even though it’s a little colder outside, this smoothie isn’t super cold because I only use half a frozen banana. The rest of the fruits I use fresh. I’m not a big fan of big icy smoothies from typical smoothie chains.
